I'm with Baldwin, I'm aware of his divorce situation, it's actually quite well documented in his book "A Promise to Ourselves" where he talks about his battle to gain some sort of custody to his daughter - and after knowing the history of his battle, there's NOTHING wrong with this message. I'm with Baldwin, I'm aware of his divorce situation, it's actually quite well documented in his book "A Promise to Ourselves" where he talks about his battle to gain some sort of custody to his daughter - and after knowing the history of his battle, there's NOTHING wrong with this message. It can just as easily be a "leftover" from a previous positive/negative situation, i.e.: "Honey that dress is not for little girls, come on you're only 11", to which daughter replies: "I'm not little, I'm almost 12". I'm not saying this is/was the case, but that it's wrong to view Alec in a positive/negative way based on the quote.
