  • i know this is cool, but how is this supposed to help us in the future? haha i live on a farm can tell my cows apart, not like it's going to change the world :L

  • The researchers' conclusion here seems premature to me based on what's discussed in the video. What if 9 month olds have a shorter attention span and just didn't want to look at the next image? They're assuming that the young ones can tell the difference from one face to another, but maybe they're just easily amused. (!) If anyone can contradict me here and explain how the researchers' conclusion is supported, please advise.

  • This video not only was educational but it was sooooo cute. Loved the babies.

  • Would quite like the reference of that study

  • @swiftsword4444 very similar to Pascalis, de Haan & Nelson (2002, Science)

  • Hmmmm! dont know about this! They should ve tried to put the same animals twice to see if the babies would reacted the same manner or differently.May the babies reactions would have still been the same had they placed the same photo twice

  • @cryonyits07done

If this was published in a peer-reviewed journal I'm sure they had that condition, even if it wasn't reported in the video.

  • @cryonyits07done that's EXACTLY what I was thinking...

  • @lepenseur1 Yep!

  • Hmmm... How interesting.

  • What's the name of the show?

  • "The Human Mind", I believe.
