Like this comment so everyone can see this! If you bought a new iPad 2 i'm sorry but you CAN'T DOWNGRADE YOUR FIRMWARE. You'll just need to wait for iOS 5 jailbreak for iPad 2 which will be released real soon :)

When I tried to do Alt+Restore (I'm on a Windows), showed the NORMAL "Erase and Restore" option, rather than giving you a menu to choose what .ipsw file you wanted. Sorry, but I'd have to give this a thumbs down. :(

If you have problems with 4.3.3 staying in Recovery mode afterwards, on TinyUmbrellas site there is a Recovery Fix 4.3. I just restored my iPhone 4 to 4.3.3, and had to use the Recovery Fix 4.3, but after that, good as new. :)

@TimTakeAway When did you get your device and more importantly once apple stops signing a firmware (allowing people to downgrade or upgrade or restore to that said firmware) the shsh can no longer be saved and you will no longer be able to downgrade. So if Apple stopped signing the firmware 4.3.3 a week ago and you tried to save the SHSH file for that firmware yesterday then you will not be able to obtain the shsh for your device for that firmware and thus cannot downgrade...
