mmmm... what people thinks about this movie ? I just think this is the devil tricking Max all the movie long. Invading Max's brain by videodrome, the ''devil'' then can

give him thoughs and make him hallucinate things at a point that at the end, the ''devil'' appears as the girl on the tv and say : come join me, for it, you must kill the videodrome,i.e. by self-murdered.

other than that hypothesis, I don't see others ways to describe what happening.

Also, there is something of symbolical in Max kissing/merging with the screen, since he symbolises the now complete submission of us, the average men, to a thing (and maybe a "world") that is now considered way better than reality, as it apparently realises our wishes.
