You talk a lot of sense dude - one thing I've always had an issue with though palm strike wise - I can't seem to bend my hand back far enough to hit reliably with the heel of the hand - it feels like i'm going to hit with the top part just under the fingers due to the crappy angle of my hand and break my wrist - any tips?
