What do I do if I need new clay bars but already have quick detailer? Do I have to buy a whole new kit or can I buy the bars separately?

I have a new car that has several rough and dull spots. I tried using the claybar on it but it's still rough and dull. I'm guessing the factory didn't sand it down properly... How would i go about fixing this?

@28monkeyking28 complain to the dealer you bought it off and get them to replace those panels. you shouldn't have to bother trying to fix it if it's a new car.
