  • yung base pads

  • @lisolangka

Tony Pascual base pads cost around 550 to 600 pesos. Mayroong ibang brands. Metrillo costs 700 pesos. Armscor MCS (Makati Cinema Square) was selling for 1,000 pesos. Unbranded ones cost in the 500-700 peso range.

    I hope this helps. :)

  • @TheAgeOfExploration salamat2x!! :)

  • nasa magkano yan sir?

  • i already saw the vid on how to install the base pad. thank you for the info. keep it up.

  • will the +2 base pad fit in 1911a2 fs ps 45???

  • @jackmale24

Thanks for the kind words and support! :)

Yes, I believe it will. The +2 base pad will fit in the Armscor/Para Ordnance 1911A2 high cap magazines for 9mm, .40 S&W and .45 ACP. Please check out my video "How to Install +2 Base Pad" for tips on how to install/disassemble the base pad.

  • nice gun and nice vid...

  • How much does this 1911 cost, brand new? And how much additional gunsmithing did you have done to make it reliable?

  • @juki009

According to the updated price list of Armscor (2011), this 1911 would cost PhP 24,200 (SRP unit price). Don't forget to add the License/Processing Fee. Based on my experience, you can get the the best deals during the Gun Show here in the Philippines.

Please see my video: "Review: Armscor 1911A2 FS PS" (skip to 7:04). I mentioned the cost in my review of this gun.

To make it reliable, I did not spend for any additional/extra gunsmithing. I just had my extractor tuned when it got loose.

  • Do you have a video on how to disassemble that highcap/double stack magazine with tony pascual +2 basepads?

  • @BonerWake

I don't have a video on how to disassemble and install the (Tony Pascual) +2 basepads. I can make one. :)

  • @TheAgeOfExploration

Please do, If its okay with you.

Thank a lot! By the way, is that unit in .40?

  • @BonerWake

No problem! I'll do some research and preparation then make a video.

The 1911 in the video? It's chambered in 9mm.

  • @TheAgeOfExploration

    Appreciate it thanks!

  • nice job with the painted grips. Thought that they were branded grips until you said you just spray-painted them. You gave me an idea on what I could do once I get my own FA.

  • what brand of spray paint did you use?

  • @manonglakas

I believe the brand of the spray paint was RJ. If you want the one I used, look for the Flat White Anti Corrosion Primer. You can find it at hardware stores.

    I hope this helps. :)
