Eaton wasn't a great LB/ Safety. I'd say he was a bit above avg actually. For one reason he lacked the ability to cover ANYONE. Be it fast WR's. People tried to compare him to John Lynch. Lynch is a HOF if you ask me. Eaton is a great tackler & hitter but I mean come on. And I don't hate the guy, he seems like a nice guy off camera. But you can’t be a top knotch Safety if you cant cover in the NFL. If he wouldn’t have torn his knee he still would have had a long NFL career but not a Pro Bowler

@perser36 I'm a free safety for a varsity team here in Canada and for strenght I suggest you do lots of powercleans, bench press, deadlifts and other compound lifts with a lower amount of reps but more weight. And for speed and agility practice your 40 yard dash and do plyometric training. Thats the basics.. I was just wondering how tall are you and how much do you weigh?
