Y2K had nothing to do with the government but rather the way computer programs stored dates. They were using two digits to store the date, ie 97, 98, 99. The problem is when the date switched to 00 for the year 2000 the computer program didn't distinguish 00 meaning 2000, from 00 meaning 1900. Financial institutions were especially worried and fixed the problem.

Get the vaccine for your children. So far, i've missed 1 week of work due to h1n1. Its different because I lost ALL sense of taste and smell 5 days into it.
You hack up green junk for about 7 days. Same thing is growing in your nose.
What is remarkable is how long it lasts. Its demoralizing after a week and zero improvement. Then, at about 9 days, I feel slightly better with smell and taste slightly back. My children got vaccinated, but still got the cough. but NOTHING like me.

h1n1 is NO joke. I am thankful that i got vaccinations for my young children.
If you get it, be prepared to endure at least 10 days of symptoms. But hang in there, it will be better but its duration is twice anything i've ever had.

Hey all, here is a news flash! A friend of mine was sick with some kind of flu. She felt like crap and slept for 2 days. Her mom took her to the hospital and this is what they told her. We can do a test to see if its the flu or swine flu, butttttt, the flu and swine flu are soooo close it may not show up on the test. Oh and you have to pay for the test and there is nothing we can do. Just go home and rest! There are more cases of T.B. than swine flu!

I just spoke with my dad 30 minutes ago and he told me some of his friends he later met at a flea market told him that 2 of them are hospitalized and 1 just died a couple days ago after receiving the swine flu vaccine shots . Most of those guys are now saying "your son was right after all".

my father supposidly has gulf war syndrome, though he has no symptoms. I remember he showed me this questionaire the government sent him that he had to fill out (this was like a decade after the gulf war), asking where he had been, what he had taken, what he had done.
He showed me this letter he got back months later, saying he was probably exposed to some sort of toxin (they didnt say what), and their only recommendation was to never have any more children. That was it.

I feel sorry for the people who are going to be getting the swine flu...i doubled majored in biochemistry/molecular biology (honours). The strain is only going to lower levels of your immunoglobin. Meaning that the strain they inject into you will only make you even more susceptible to the virus if you do not take the virus remedially. It's the same thing on how antibiotics work. the swine flu isn't very dangerous. not enough people would die from that. if the vaccine was designed to kill people, they wouldn't get away with it, and the only people who would die are the subservient ones who trust their government. that's a bad strategy. just food for thought. if anything, people are simply trying to make a buck off of a vaccine...
