If you file for bankruptcy and the Trustee will not grant you clearance from banruptcy because you will not turn over yuor house can the trustee in fact take you house from you even if your children are living there?
Cambridge has very high property taxes. The taxes alone can drive you into bankruptcy. The city is so crappy that it won't even build a truck bi pass around the downtown area. Be smart, don't move to Cambridge Ontario
Cambridge sucks, as it has one of the most dictative government in Canada.
