The line from fuel to the canister that has a loop is it plugged? Did emissions delete but I'm getting way too much fuel in my carb, need help!

Loop it. Sounds like your carb's float is just about done.

dude im definitly struggling with understanding this ridiculous motor and im one of the only people who i know actually wants to hold onto their 4ac for now and nobody will teach me how the damn thing works so basically THANK YOU ima bit nervous to even touch it but riding a bike to work for a while definitly feels better than getting passed by girls in accords....so ima learn up!!!!!!!

like the videos, good straight forward talking no mumbo jumbo. but yours sounds off a little like it has a drawing air problem or a slight over fuel..... keep up the good work though
