@PALINSMITH I thought I was clear but i'll try writting better. Parents would cheat their children by putting them in low cost schools because it affects someone else 12 years later. Meaning when they graduate high school. Vouchers have to stop schools from getting both government and parents money otherwise the same problem happens where the poor get bad schools.

the public system makes caring to know about what is really going on difficult. plus they try to instill a herd mentality into the minds. luckily the much of the youth have music and a rebel yell attitude.

School vouchers have the problem of people buying a service with the money of a 3rd party and that inevitably drives prices up and quality down. I wish I knew of a better answer to improve education.

Easy! Cut out the politically correct crap, phase out union-induced mediocrity, teach one mandatory language, the others are optional, no pass-alongs and merit pay for teachers, who teach.

Put a real leader in charge of every school district and make it as competitave as major league baseball. Problem solved. Anything less is absurd!
