This is more realistic if you would change it to this: Capitalize all. make the font bigger, somewhat creme white and a little brighter. Make sure "The Department of Civil Defence" issues an Emergency Action Notification. A cable company, The National Weather Service, or Civil Authorities have no ability to track nuclear weapons.
