I am so used to my professors going at top speed that this was a little disorienting at first. I was getting impatient, but I can say now that I appreciate the slowness of the lecture. I can understand it better. Thank you!
Lecture is simply great and covers everything about acute renal failure. My father is diagnosed acute renal failure on 29.04.2010. It is a great help to me to decide further course of the treatment and able to understand what the doctor is saying about the treatment.
I need to sell some books, please get your classmates to buy a Physiology book and a Pathophysiology book from
campbellteaching.co.uk
thanks, John

How long would it take for a SBP < 70 mmHg to cause acute renal failure?
Will urea and creatinine rise before other clinical features?
