I ALWAYS have my Caption Decoder on! I am SO glad that it became available in ALL new T.V.s! I rely HEAVILY on Closed Caption! When I'm watching a DVD, if there are no Closed Captions, I will have the subtitles on. {They don't always tell every sound that happens though. (Dog Barking, Telephone Ringing...)} As soon as I saw what this was about, I clicked on the "Favorite" button! Thanks for posting this video!
