Sorry but you should see the monks in the temple, they break the floors. Doesnt matter, in REAL SHAOLIN KUNG FU every punch, every kick you should do it like in a real fight, that's the way you get skilled in this martial art.
Dunno ath form is this, but with exception of Tai Chi ...never see something so slow.

this is a nem shaolin form called shaolin chon hop kuen it was developed in the 1990s
