@1BartRose I still have mine, fully functional and nothing wrong with it. I had for 8 years since my parents got it in 1994. They had it for 2 years before I came along. I started playing the Playstation 1 when I was 3 in 1999. My 2 favorite games were Crash Bandicoot and Spyro the Dragon. This startup sound, is the most badass out of any other console. This brings back many memories to me and is the game system of my Childhood.

So MANY, MANY days of my childhood wasted the BEST way possible- in front of my ever-so-ancient TV, a complicated (for the time, I had just come off the Genesis and NES) controller in my hands, headhaches guaranteed.
