Ah, I should supply more information and upload other videos. The internal flash of this device has only 256 MB storage space, and RAM is 128 MB, so only a few light Linuxes can boot it.

Looks like an old puppy linux.
My gentoo linux distro boots up a to a GUI in roughly 8 seconds. However my PC is much faster than that.
