wtf! im playing suikoden 2 now but didnt know that you need a save game of suikoden to trigger this quest... is there a way to complete the 108 SOD without a save game?

It's only 3 years between the first and second Suikoden games

Are you talking about Suikoden IV? because that game takes place 150 years before the first Suikoden

@breserk1 Not hundred years only 3 years. Just complete the 108 SOD of Suikoden 1 to so Gremio wil be alive and don't let Pahn die in his One on One against Teo McDohl. Just Empower Pahn ability so he can't be No Match.

@piajes No, he doesn`t have to be alive. Just load a suikoden I file at the beginning of the game, you don`t have to get all 108 characters in the first game. After defeating Luca Blight, go to Banner Village and talk to the red-haired girl next to the inn, who has got a picture. She will follow you instead of Gremio during McDOhl Quest.

You must have Mekumeku recruited. Wander the clearing south of Forest Village until Mokumoku enters your party. There must be at least one free space.
