  • Thought it said flatulence...

  • I remember on the final approach to CDG from LAX, we got an announcement from the pilot that we would be experiencing "violent" buffeting. we were flying in a winter storm. There was just a couple of strong bumps but it was nothing I would describe as really violent. I love Air France, their crew and their planes.

  • Sa sert à que dalle

  • I love that announcement! And it's looking like a nice flight on AF! Great video, thanks!

  • I love turbulence because I'm a 11 year old dork in my own ways

  • I thought instead of putting on seat belts they would use white flags

  • @unofficiallAirsoft Wow you're lots'o'funny . quite rare for an brit

  • I guess it gets boring in first class...

  • Like every1 else who clicked 2 watch this video. . . i luv turbulence!

  • Turbulence occurs everywhere at any time.

Sun heats the ground, air rises up in the atmosphere, cools down and sinks= Turbulence.

A flight with no turbulence at all is a great exception.

  • And the point of capturing the announcement is???

    Lol..

  • Y.A.W.N.

  • Je c'est pas pourquoi mais quand y a des turbulences dans l'avion j'le sens pas :/

  • CAPITAL LETTERS, criticism, exclamation points and question marks!?!? Final derogatory remark.

  • business class?

  • Ah, i love the sounds and feelings of airplanes... the engines, the babies crying (u notice there is always 1) the hard landings (they r fun) the turbulance even is fun, (except when u hve 2 hold ur pee in)

  • is that business or first class ???

  • Dude. That' not turbulence comared to what I had. It was last May. We caught up with a horrible storm and we basically turned with the amount of wind. The pilot turned back and had to land at the nearest airport.

    :L

  • @mario7kart7master7 yup, never said it was bad turbulence. the point was to capture the announcement.

  • @mario7kart7master7 you think THAT'S bad!? 3 years ago i was flying from sydney to hong kong and we flew through a typhoon near the philippines. the plane dropped suddenly and violently, and then again even worse. we dropped a few hundred feet. people were screaming and water in my cup flew up and out of the cup. that's what i call turbulence.

  • @scorpian865 wow..THAT is turbulence. experienced that too. wonder what causes that to happen

  • @freakyram1 i think maybe it's the down draught in the storm. it was pretty scary - people screamed, they thought we were crashing!

  • @scorpian865 But you didn't get it on video so as far as YouTube is concerned it didn't happen.

  • @mario7kart7master7 wow no cam man that would b nise to watch

  • filming turbulence is like seeing thunder. =)

  • Don't watch if you do not like it-

  • thanks for contributing to the ever-amassing pile of bullshit on youtube.

  • You guys are a bunch of haters!!!!! I thought this was a great video. Don't let them get to you B77WER!!!

  • where is the point?! O_o

  • Turbulence makes flying fun, if on any flight I'm on the F/A's give an announcement that we may hit some rough air/clouds I snap open my window to watch the wing bounce up and down. It's a show and a ride, all in one. :D

  • Ladies and gentlemen if it was not for Americans we would be speaking German...

  • @AUgrad00 kinda inappropriate... no? you're here to comment on this video, not to big up your country

  • @greengoblin200 It was meant to be a joke

I was not trying to hate.

  • nice! First class

    how was the food?

  • Someone sat in "Affaires" class - I luv AF biz class.

  • I love turbulences as the aircraft enters cloud layers while in negative slope ... I love it, man ... all of the dynamical structure of the plane shaking at 600-700 km/h downwards ... the wings sometimes shake violently and the box flies like a bird!! what a beauty!

  • Enjoy this flight, this may be the last one.....thank you for choosing Air France....

Air France, the best place in the skies (oops sorry i wanted to say in heaven...)

  • I'm French but from california and ive made many flights from SFO to O'Hare.....And im used to the old 747's....Anyways is it me or does this 777 look really weird?? Its like all silver/gray

  • les turbulences, elle valaient la peine d'etre annoncés?

  • Hmmm, Usless Video But Its Good!

  • Its good to know that these aircraft are bouncing around all the time, and have very little mechanical failure. When one wing touches the other in turbulence, that's when you've got a problem, I'm off to Barbados on a job Saturday, so it s a good vid for me, i' m petrified of flying. Respect B77WER

  • @SPYDOC1 hope you enjoyed it in Barbados. It's my beautiful home!

  • @mikestamlo Nice one, and back over this saturday (ash pending!) love the place, eating at the cliffe and enjoying the weather.

  • Onc i was coming from Milan to cairo on Egyptair and we had the sign of the seat belt on but at on moment we thought that we are landing but the plane was falling inside a heavy turbulance thank god that the pilot was in control at once

  • и это все, что ты хотел показать? :(

  • And?? There are turbulences during almost every flights. Useless video.

  • Thanks! I love comments like these.

  • @B77WER ahahhahahaha

  • @B77WER xD HAHAHAH

  • @lindexe Okay then, you do something more fucking productive with your life and time then... Then upload it, and see the shit comments that you get!

  • @lindexe well, i think the video is about the announcement, not about the fact of a turbulance during the flight -.-

  • @lindexe its not useless, it's about an announcement, not the turb

  • @lindexe incase you didnt notice its called Turbalence announcement, not Turbalence.

  • elle etait forte la turbulence annoncée?

  • Flying from Dubai to Brisbane, I must have heard that at least a dozen times! And the Aircraft, an Airbus A340-500, dropped about 1000ft in an instant.

  • @ barticus04...Oh my gosh that must have sucked... i went on my discovery flight and it was super windy... we fell striaght down or up for like 2-3 seconds at a time... IT WAS FUn lol

  • why didnt you film the turbelence

  • turbulence is very hard to capture on camera since it not something you actually see, but feel instead.

  • Actually you can see it if you are seating next to the Wing. You will see the wing flex around especially at the tip.

  • u can see turbulence when the people start shakeing.

  • @B77WER No you can see the camera shake while the turbulence is going on

  • @B77WER

    obviously...

  • @B77WER ever looked at the wing and seen all the flexion?

  • @fdyjt Film the turbulence from outside??

  • @fdyjt

You sir need to be specific when you are writing ;)

  • And..?

  • French

  • It was a joke referring to the movie Anchorman, the legend of Ron Burgundy.

  • Mesdames, Messieurs, nous traversons une zone de turbulences pour votre sécurité veuillez regagner votre siège et attacher votre ceinture jusqui (i could not get this part) lumineuse.

  • "jusqu'à l'extinction de la consigne lumineuse"

  • Flight attendent : ladies and gentleman we are passing trough a zone of turbulence please regain your seat and fasten your seatbelt until we turn off the seatbelt sign

  • @AmphibiousFries : we are passing trough a turbulence Aera, pas a zone of :) Bien a toi mon ami

  • @helflo meh oublier de mettre la ponctuation :)

  • ORIVIO

  • Would someone please type out what the flight attendant said? I can read french better than I can hear it over a youtube video ;)

  • Business class?

  • BIZ Class!! cool! the same thing happen to me when i flew singapore air, but i enjoyed the turbulence part although it spilled my tea!! It was like a bump in the middle of a very smooth road, and i was in a biz class too.. :p

  • I'm french but I never took Air France hihi

    too expensive :p

  • not always, i got a flight from Paris to Tokyo for 520 euro's

  • nice plane

  • Uhm... What's turbulence? (how embarrassing)

  • When the aircraft go over pockets of compressed or loose air, the aircraft goes up and down a few feet in stormy weather in particular. Some extreme cases result in the aircraft shaking relatively violently. It is extremely common, happens all the time when the aircraft go in and out of different weather patterns and fly over mountainous regions. If you look out of your window you will see the wings shake a bit, they are designed to do that. It happens to me on every flight.

  • Ohhh! Thanks a loooot! :D I'm glad you took your time to answer my question. :D

  • Your welcome :P Dont worry about it though, most people think they will tumble to the ground and crash lol.

  • Oh wow. I probably would too! XD

  • It is highly unlikely in 99% of cases, and I know there was that very unfortunate case on the News on Monday just gone, I can't imagine the Hell those people went through. But it is rare and thousands and thousands of planes fly every day with no incidences.

  • Actually its more than 99%... its more like 1 in a million. What happened on monday was not just turbulance.. it was more likely to have been either electrical failure resulting in loss of pilot control of the aircraft or more severely loss of the rudder or aelerons. Remember a plane takes off more than 1 every second, And there are only a few cases of crashes a year, most of them during the landing or take-off, Its very rare for turbulence to have any effect on an aircraft, or lightening.

  • Until those recorders are found, there is no way to say for sure what happened. I hope and pray for both the families and for the flying public that they are.

  • JNB..what's the ICAO code?

  • it is FAJS

  • Thank you

  • ya dont worry about it your in a 777

  • yep, save in a 777!

  • IDF1967, considering the number of emergency landings 777s did in the past years, I DON'T THINK SO!

  • nice video !! love Air France

  • ME TOO!!! ♥ I'm going to France this summer to see my family.

  • Ok ! Great ! Me too ! I 'll take the B777 to Paris

  • Cool! I'm going to Bordeaux this summer though. I have family in Paris too though. Today my dad is supposedly going to go reserve my ticket or something.

  • That's a long flight! Your arms will be tired.

  • Yeah, I'm pooped by the end usually. :)

  • I bet there was a storm or somthing

  • lol look at the title dumpass

  • My favourite Aircraft

  • Thats french dum butt! i dont speak it but even i know that

  • pas mal ^^

  • Cabin looks small for 777-3

  • Like it!

  • it's just turbulence
