I can never decide if such bad drivers are obscenely selfish, have a low very IQ, are psychopaths or just completely inadequate to the task of driving. The rewards for driving badly must greatly outweigh the risk of being caught and punished. The same must have been true for all the years that I have been cycling. (and driving) It is like any crime against society. You are either a thief, a thug, a murderer or a dangerous driver. Or you are not. You can't be a half way anything.

@kmcyc Just remember this easy principle: Circles and ovals are always the worst drivers to keep clear of - because the hazards have been circled. BMW is written in a circle, Audi has four circles, Mercedes is a circle, Volkswagen is VW in a circle, Ford is in an oval/circle... as long as you follow those basic principles on the road you will be fine. Remember the hazard has been circled!
