acctually, by the time this part happened in the book nancy the psycho bitch girlfriend was already old news and his girl at the time of this part in the book was missy and he didnt blame her as far as i understand, he said he just outgrew her, he said even though a part of him went with her when she left he hoped that part didnt cripple her. I think it was more trouble with the band and the album that pushed him to this point.

My source is "The Long Hard Road out of Hell". You are aware that a lot of that book was full of lies, names were changed, etc. Manson admitted this himself. I have been a fan since Portrait, hardcore, countless shows, Triptych Analysis, NachtKabarett, you name it. Autobiography doesnt impress me.
