actually it's the 415 not the 215, You can hear the turbo's winding down when he shuts down the engine and the 415 has a different engine cowl, taiil and wing design.

Its a CL215 water bomber. Ontario has a fleet of them. Drop 1200 gallons of water ..snap off trees 20cm diameter..you have to clear the drop zone.
