@Galodude It's the Mutation "Gib Fest". Players are given infinite ammo M60's and Desert Eagles, and no other weapons apart from projectiles.

@GarryXFG Right, then, first, the infinite ammo is from a mutation called "Gib Fest", which is also why there were no other weapons in the game (barring pipes, molotovs and Bile Bombs). The "Every Day I'm Boomer Bile" thing is a remix of "Every Day I'm Hustlin'" (no idea who it's by). Basically, I originally saw it in a video where a player would friendly fire everyone while playing this song. It really tickled me, so I played it in this area of superfluous Boomer Bile. Hope I answered all.
