Russia, soviet, is the country that has saved the world from falling into some crazy ruling form several times, we have Hitler, Napoleon and many other crazy bastards, that russia/soviet must have the honor for getting to their knees. Today, many russians have discovered that they liked Communism better than their current Democracy, and the rise of a new soviet union is starting to become more likely. I don't support socialism or communism, but this is truly a great and inspiring speech. American propoganda loves to twist every communist word into one of utter destruction of democracy, ignoring all of their respectable elements. The only time they really laid down the propoganda in this video is near the end, but truly, it is no worse than what the United States bathes their population in today. I wouldve felt very motivated by this speech were I there, and I still feel it somewhat now.

november 1 to december 15 was when the wehrmacht was at the gates of moscow, november 7 had this speech and a military parade on red square to boost morale. you can definitely tell the urgency in his voice during this. you can hear faint artillery fire early on i think.
