You've got to download realplayer. (I always forget the name, even though i used to use it loads) After that, every video you come across on the net, you scroll your cursor over it, and it gives you a 'download' option in the top right corner, just above the video box.

It's a handy solution if you can't be bothered to connect to the net to listen to music, or if you like to make music videos.
