Okay, right, the Salvidor Dali film "un chien andalucia" amongst the earlier revolutionary nihilistic films expressed the views of the nihilist movement. This song is about a watcher of the film becoming so inspired by it that they also decide to follow a section of the movement known as Debasing. This roughtly means to revert everything back to its lowest/original form. Its a destructive type of anarchy.
