Recently I've bought gt5 with a ps3. And I must say, that I'm a bit dissapointed. I haven't got a steering wheel yet, but as for now, the sixaxis pad driving mode is odd. Cars seem to swim, not drive. I've played FM 3 for few times and both Shifts as well and they seem better as for realism. Premiums look great, though Shifts have better interiors a bit. Standards are a complete hoax, there are 200 cars and 800 crappy models. GT5 now is all about brand, though it's still good.

@rHrynek I have to say that is a completely different experience with a steering wheel (G27) And the fact that you cant use the G27 with a xbox is a bit annoying. I have to say that forza 3 indeed plays better with a controller. I haven't tried forza with a steering wheel yet, so I don't know about that.

@rHrynek I definitely recommend getting a wheel. It takes the game to a whole new level. I felt very disconnected when I played with the controller. I love Gran Turismo 5. It feels very solid at focuses on what it says it does...it's a driving simulator. But it's not perfect. (the shadows really get me) If you "go for gold," the game pushes you for perfection. It's so fun and frustrating at the same time.

If you ask me, Forza is the Gran Turismo of the Xbox. I'm no Xbox 360 fanboy (I've got a PS1 and PS2 also) and I have as many Forza games as I do Gran Turismo games (although I do have a demo of GT2, so I guess that makes it 2.5, I also have the racing wheel, a GT3 poster and strategy guides for GT3 and GT4, as well as a book about the making of GT4, so if anything I'm a GT fanboy).

Gran Turismo = Awesome racing game.

Forza = Awesome racing game for people who don't have a PS3.

I like how everyone's bashing the intro because in their opinion, MCR is an "emo band". However, if any of them would listen to their new album, which Planetary is off of, they'd realize their sound has changed drastically. That said, I think the song fits the game very well.

After watching both this US/Europe intro and then the Japanese version, the Japanese one is far superior. Would be great if they kept it to the one intro though.

As far as 'Moon Over Castle' goes, it IS a classic track that was featured in GT2, I don't see how it's "too old"
