collecting all the Relics and Treasures doesnt really give you anything...apart from that warm feeling inside knowing you've fully completed the game :P jokes aside, it does unlock some storyboard artwork but other than that nothing exciting is given to you. Note: i can only say that for the PC version, im not sure if you get anything if your playing with the other consoles :)
im sorry for the mispelt title :P if i remember correctly it was 4am when i was typing the titles in so i think that allows me to make a little mistake :P at any rate, its been changed now

I have the PS3 version, and the only other thing you get is a trophy.
