Just got a bit through watchin the movie on youtube.. noone has the full movie on here.. luckily I was already downloading it tho. I'm pretty amazed there's such a cult following.
@jcarr613 Sadly, not everyone involved with the film is proud of their work in it. Nevertheless, it's awesome that Fred Savage and Luke Edwards came out for this. It shows that they really care about their fans and the impact The Wizard had on their lives back in the day.
Agreed. I just went looking for this on pirate bay and it took a few tries. But it was worth it to relive the days. My favourite scene is suddenly when they call nintendo tech support for the first time, and I remember as a kid thinkin' "damn that'd be the coolest job ever". And it's weird that now I sort of do the same job after not thinking about this flick for years - weird.
Yeah you should pay for the 80 minute long Nintendo advertisement. I don't think anyone actually likes the movie. They just think it's funny when a power glove is described as being "So bad". If anything he should have waited for it to air on television and recorded it to VHS. It would be the retro thing to do(thus totally rad).
It must have struck *some* chord with you armbar... After all, you did seem to search your way to this video. I know it's a Nintendo ad, doesn't mean people can't enjoy it. :\
Yep, this took place a few weeks ago on February 8th, 2008 at the Alamo Drafthouse in Austin. This was originally scheduled for late November, but apparently Fred Savage was really busy, so the event got pushed back a couple of months.

If you liked it that much you should have bought the DVD instead of pirating it. It's worth supporting something you like, no?

I didn't have to search for the video. Youtube recommended it because the power glove scene was in my favorites. The movie IS bad...so bad.
