Hi! Thank you for this helpful video. By the way, I hear many people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (just google it), but I'm not sure if it is good. Have you tried using Kinovelax Diet Plan? I've heard many amazing things about it and my work buddy lost tons of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(
Hello! Thanks a lot for this useful video. By the way, I hear a lot of people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (just google it), but I'm not sure if it's good. Have you thought about Kinovelax Diet Plan? I've heard many unbelivable things about it and my mate lost a lot of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(
I have spent money one time or another on two of the guys in the video. what i have found is that if you lower your calories, workout with weights at least four days a week, and add a few conditioning days in the mix, you will see results. there is no special program or secrets. cook your own foods, monitor caloric levels, always try to do a little better than your last lift, and run some sprints. i just saved you both money and hype. overeating and inactivity is what you need to solve
Oh hello! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some super things about it and my cooworker got amazing 6 pack abs and lost a truck load of of weight with it.
Why do you call it lactate acid training? The reason scientists thought Lactic Acid was the cause of the fatigue is the fact that Lactate (the dissociated acid-free version of Lactic Acid) concentrations in the blood give a good indication of how much acid is actually in the muscle. So when blood lactate is high, that means there's a lot of acid accumulating in the muscle. You can sort of see then how the mistake was made. Lactate is high in the blood. Lactic Acid is high in the muscles.
@pax41 Lactic Acid, being an acid, means there it increases the amount of H+ ions, this increase in H+ ions is counteracted with the secretion of Growth Hormone, its the bodies way of contolling the equilibrium in the muscles.
these exercises would be very good though because they stimulate a lot of muscle fibres...therfore secreting more lacitc acid THERFOREEE more HGH and the end result of higher fat loss rate :)
A great video! The only thing that you should pay attention to is to be a bit more strcit about the cadence - seems like both of you were doing the concentric movement a bit too quickly. I have noticed that it takes a lot of disckipline and willpower to do the exercises slowly. ANd you really have to keep the weights down so forget your ego..
No you don't have to do these exact exercises. The entire program is laid out for you step by step in John's book. He tells you when to do density training, when to do lactic acid training, when to do combination training and when to do strength movements, how many sets, rest, etc. This was just one sample. : )
Got a question. There're a few types of trainings, like density and lactic acid. When do we know which training to follow? Like, which day do we do lactic acid training or density?

Shoudn't the title say "burn fat" rather than "burn bellly fat"? I don't think you can specifically target where on your body you loose fat from.

how does this type of training help you burn fat? what is the idea behind it?

Must be the Lactic Acid that's the problem. Never was. It was the dissociated acid (H+) that was the problem.
