Random question, I have the game for the PS1, and I'm about to get it for the PC (hopefully). Is the music on the PC the same as on the PlayStation? Because on your video it seems to be more MIDI-ish. Thanks :)
@birdzgoboom Hope you are running windows XP in that case... Any OS newer than win XP will not run the software synthesizer that comes with the game.. Yes the PC version music is MIDI. The better quality music is in the Yamaha SG format. If you cannot install the synthesizer then you will have crappy MIDI. What you hear in the video is the SG version.
for some reason when i downloaded this game it never works on any acer, when i get to the main menu i click new game and than its all black and dont work, what do i need to do, i beat it on ps1 already but i love this game. and when i get to the chocobos it says that i cant do it
The game was designed for earlier windows so if you're trying to run it on Vista or windows 7 it won't work. There is a tutorial on getting it to work but its not letting post the link for some reason. Try googling it.
don't download illegal copies, they won't work. there are some good deals on ebay. also make sure you don't buy the illegal asian "ea classics" bootlegs.
@EricReviews first ) i don't want to download anything illegal , i already downloaded legal games and they work perfect...well the godfather 2 got bugged on the final , but still , here , in Argentina , South America buying legal copyes it's like buying them illegally in the USA , because 1 dollar it's 4 bucks here and we can't pay 25 dollars for any game , we pay with our money , they work perfectly and they're legal but in the USA it's considered illegal , oh , and i don't got a credit card
@EricReviews oh , and , we download a lot of games , there's a page called Taringa , is in spanish and portuguesse , when u search the name of a game , PUM!!! thousands of options for downloading , there's software too , this page is too famous because in South America we like to download software instead wasting money , because downloading works perfect , u need more time , but atlwast u don't spend money in something that u will stop using some day , like Loquendo

@EricReviews oh ok , but still , if i beated all the original Final Fantasys (1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 , 8 , 9 , 10 , 10-2 , and 12) i can beat this...well i never get the 11 but still , and i already beat FF 7 , but in the PS1 , i want this version for PC
the controls are on the number pad so u use the number pad arrows to move 5 to pause the enter on the number pad to select the 0 on the number pad for cancle i dont no what the menu button is propbely 7,9,1,3 ive only played the demo im getting the actual copy soon hope this helps !

You will see numbers laid out like a regular number pad on the laptop keyboard... Turning on the NumLock will activate them....
