  • Never cried so hard in my whole life. I don't belong here.

  • PEOPLE TALK ABOUT ROCK STARS THESE ARE THE REAL ONES IDK WHY I USED ALL CAPS?

  • I love this footage but Knebworth is thee worst place to watch a show.....the people act like total fucking animals...been there twice...never again

  • Wtf? montreal canadians?

  • this is the prelude to 'one of these days' from the pnik floyd 'works' album....

the only lyrics in the song are "one of these days im gonna cut you into tiny little pieces"...

  • whene the grass was green :/

  • It is weird when you realize that not one person in the crowd in the 70's has a cell phone.

  • @casestudyification I know. Back in the days when people TALKED to each other and (gasp) WATCHED the show without looking at Twitter every 25 seconds.

  • WHAT"s the audio behind (background music ) ?? :|

  • look at all those lucky guys...they were there..

  • I was at knebworth with my girlfriend, we got back together again 30 years later! spent the day seeing how much black hash we could smoke. beefheart was great, tim buckley was there too - a really good gig!

  • sweet wowowowowow

  • First bricks in the wall are starting to stack up...

  • Gilmour is a Habs fan? haha nice!

  • 4:09 Ladies and gentleman, Rick Wrights Hair!

  • I wish they showed the band playing more, instead of showing all these random people...

  • @Ashienoelle i think there is not much footage out there. hi tech was not very "small" at the time. and f the band was not agree with the cameras in the audience

  • Somewhere in that crowd is....me! Great time was had by one and all!

  • I was at this festival. Blimey what a bill. Floyd were ok but it was not their best moment. There was an incredible overfly of Spitfires that I think was supposed to be during "Time" but were about 5 minutes too early. But the whole day was just fantastic. Slept in a bin liner.

  • Floyd, Steve Miller, and Beefheart @ Knebworth...sweet lord almighty!

  • Yea. What a Find.. Awesome.

  • finally a really "Rare" upload. Thanks!

  • I was there ,what a stage show!Wish you were here, some tracks from Animals, but with different names,DSOM and Echoes as an Encore.Brilliant.

  • concerts were very different back then because you listened to the albums and wondered how they made the sounds. then to actually see was great. pink floyd especially.

  • I was a 90's child, which sucks because the only music listen too came from the 60's 70's era. I wont pretend to understand how it made people feel back in the day, all I know is how this music makes me feel now. Pink Floyd is drugs without drugs. I don't need to get high, because their music gives me a feeling that drugs never did for me. This music dark as it is sometimes, gives me an overwhelming feeling of comfort and peace. This music is a relevant today as is was all those years ago.

  • I was 9 at the time.Wish I could have had my Mom's sisters husband who was kinda like a hippie take me to see them back in 1975 or 1977.What a find indeed!! a Rare Gem

  • Epic!

  • Duuuuuuude.............the seventies. Not much of a decade for fashion but the music sure was great.

  • yeah ... watching the fucked up people in the audience its kind of depressing ...

    the band is great tho...

  • @faunoram I find it depressing that your description of sleeping people cuddled up with loved ones as "f^&ked up" depressing. It was a much better time for the apprciation of the arts. And a free era without having to twitter or update your facebook status every 10 mins. People together, sharing, communicating and experiencing without big eyebrow waxing brutes picking fights because they can't handle their light beer. Not depressing. COOL!

  • @MrJro2

i guess you are right man

    peace

  • @MrJro2 Preach On!

  • HASNT ANYONE REALIZED THIS IS A LIVE VIDEO RECORDING OF "RAVING AND DROOLING? WHAT A FIND!

  • 4:31 What was Jesus doing there?

  • GREAT BAND!, GREAT SONG!!!

  • sorry 'hockey team' of course and a few other typos.. I'm tired.

  • Haaaa...!!!! David Gilmore with a Canadian hockey tem shirt!!! This is too funny! And all these people completely stones, they don't even bother to look at the stage!! Hilarious! Love Pink Floyd!

  • @lilwings14jl Us Montreal Canadiens fans have always known good taste in music, like Pink Floyd - it's only fitting David Gilmour should know good taste when it comes to hockey, too!!

  • ...anybody who is at least a little shade of pink know's that is not how you spell david's last name....

  • Woah, Nick Mason without a beard during the 70's. Only have seen him without one during Syd-era Floyd and during recent times.

And David Gilmour has a beard here!

  • Yeah! You said it all... Wish I were there... I started enjoyng PF's stuff in 1976 and think I was too late... Those good days are all gone... Nostalgia is what I have now...

    :(

The sixties... peace and love! Great days!

  • @FleetwoodMac62 Yeah. And Nixon and the Vietnam war (with the drafts) as well. NO WAY, WE WON'T GO!!

  • life seemed to be so awesome in the 60's and 70's and the girls so naturally beautiful, wish i had a time machine :(

  • Why i wasnt born that time....

  • @antikiller92 SAME HERE MAN! Hurts, don't it?

  • @antikiller92 Because by that time your now dad and mum were doing other people

  • @vivelavidarocka But what my "then" mum and dad were doing? LoL i am happy that my father and mother were not virgin!!! They would pass this crappy feeling to me

  • @antikiller92 Word!!
