  • Marlon Brando was BEAUTIFUL when he was young!

  • These actors are all good-looking ... and maybe there are many other actors who look pretty good too, but let us not complain about a lovely list! I think the choices are excellent and I only wish that people complaining could make a list of their own instead, so we all could enjoy those ones too! Be happy we could all watch these gorgeous men! <3<3<3

  • I LOVE that you included Robert Donat.I was pleasantly surprised to see him included here. He was a brilliant actor (not to mention quite handsome) who often gets overlooked on these kinds of lists. Props to you for that. There were some handsome ones that I would have included on my list, however (Paul Newman, Tyrone Power, Denzel Washington, and Alan Rickman, to name a few).

  • You cannot top Paul Newman ! That fucker had the face of a Greek god !!

  • Where is Harrison Ford and Sean Connery and Densel Washington

  • you forgot the hansome to an extreme, Errol Flynn!

  • Johnny Depp?

  • Terrible list. Gerald Butler shouldn't be anywhere close to this list.

A young Al Pacino should be top 5. A young Robert De Niro should make it too. Marlon Brando should be 1 or 2.

I am a heterosexual male. It is pathetic that I have better taste in men then you, and all of these other girls that "like" this video.

Gerald Butler????? Seriously????? Might as well put Jude Law on the list in his place... yuck.

  • @psuravens37 You like Pacino and De Niro because you're attracted to their manliness and their element of danger in their film roles. But you're right about Brando and Brando was manly, very 'guy'-ish, but beautiful and sexy all at the same time. His later life fat phase will always be a great puzzlement to me! Why take a knife to Michelangelo's David?

  • @psuravens37 I don't agree with all of her (or his?) choices either, but she/he is certainly entitled to their opinion. And how do you know the sex of the other people who like this video?

  • Gregory Peck all the wayyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Im a Cary, Ronald, Gregory, Robert D., and Clive lovin' kind of a girl.

    Very nice and thank you:D

  • Pacino ain't a bad looking dude either. No, I'm not gay.

  • Brando is number one...someones mistaken.

  • Why is Marlon only in the middle - is he not as good looking as Gerard Butler? What - c'mon!!!!!

  • I must agree on all those lovely classic actors, but I didn't recognize the one between Gregory Peck and Gary Cooper ...

Cary Grant is my favorite and second comes Gary Cooper - and third comes Rudolph Valentino, who was missing here! I would have exchanged him for that one who was unknown to me.

As with the now living actors I guess there are a few I would have chosen instead.

But thanx for having such a good taste! Haha! ;-D

  • @SuperCatClaw That was Gerald Butler

  • @firstofakind wow, thanks for the answer. I have to say I really am gone on Gary Cooper, Gregory Peck, Marlon Brando, and Cary Grant as well. =)

  • @firstofakind Okay, you have to tell me what movie that last clip of Gary Cooper is from or I will die! LOL :p Please, tell me. Thank you

  • @reallovespassion The Fountainhead. :D

  • nobody come close to Marlon Brandon in his prime imo.

  • I think the best looking actor ever was Alain Delon in his youth, late 50's to mid 60's!

  • Who is 2:33?

  • @JeffreyScott2008

That's English actor Robert Donat, lovely films 30s thru to 50s. Inc. Goodbye Mr Chips for which he won Best Actor Oscar, but The Citadel is my favourite.

  • @mrsthursday I love The Citadel too (his was nominated for best actor 1938 but lost to Spencer Tracy, I believe). Have you ever seen The Winslow Boy? Now, that's probably my favorite. I also love Chips, The Count Of Monte Cristo, and The 39 Steps.

  • Marlon Brando is so hot!

  • They sure don't make them like Gregory Peck anymore.... <3

  • @Darienlover999

    sure!!!!!!!!!! :D

  • OMG!! in my opinion, Cary Grant is DEF the best looking.

  • What about Jack Haley, Tyrone Power, and Humphrey Bogart?

  • The last clip with Gary Cooper and Patricia Neal is from a film called The Fountainhead..I think Gary Cooper was certainly handsome, as was Ronald Coleman..actors from that era had a certain class you rarely see thses days.

  • 2:02 ♥♥♥

  • Great to see the wonderful Ronald Colman in this list. Also Robert Donat. But they are all great choices ;)

  • What Clive Owen movie did that clip come from??

  • Louis Jourdan, Montgomery Clift, Errol Flynn and Tyrone power would be in there if it were my list

  • In your opinion

  • there were a few missing, but the main one was there..Gerard Butler. Need I say more.

  • You get a big thumbs up for remembering and appreciating the inimitable Ronald Colman.

  • who is in 2:40 ?

  • @annikhonoree Robert Donat, 39 Steps.

  • This would have been better without the current crop of actors and with only the classics. The absence of Newman, Gable, Alain Delon, Flynn, Power, Taylor, Curtis, Guy Madison, and others who were far more attractive than Colman, March, and Donat is annoying.

  • Paul Newman ought to be on there but well done for putting Fredric March :D

  • no errol flynn! hmmm

  • A tad shallow though at the end of the day ? Hansome is as handsome does.

  • My ALL-TIME favorite Lover Men are...

    1. Cary Grant

    2. Ronald Colman

    3. Gregory Peck

    4. Clive Owen

    5. Robert Donat

Actually any person that actually remembers to add Mr. Colman & Mr. Donat is a wise soul...thank you:D

  • The Greatest Actors of All Time (In my opinion): 1.Marlon Brando (The Godfather, 1972) 2.Laurence Olivier (Hamlet, 1948) 3.Robert De Niro (Raging Bull, 1980) 4.Alec Guinness (The Bridge on the RIver Kwai, 1957) 5.Dustin Hoffman (Rain Man, 1988) 6.Daniel Day-Lewis (There Will Be Blood, 2007) 7.Heath Ledger (The Dark Knight, 2008) 8.Sean Penn (Milk, 2008) 9.Humphrey Bogart (The African Queen, 1951) 10.Charlie Chaplin (The Great Dictator, 1940)
  • @thetevinator The Greatest was Steve Mcqueen

  • @thetevinator Ok, I LOVE your list, but I must add Jeremy Irons.

  • @stitchgrl777 Yeah, good choice. But he would come later on my list though.

  • @thetevinator Here's the thing I'm not sure if we're listing Greatest "Actors" or "Best-looking" actors. Because Jeremy is not the best looking, but if you watch him in motion, esp in Lolita, you will know what I'm talking about. He's in the same caliber as Daniel Day Lewis, and they often remind me of each other.

Laurence Olivier, Bogart, and Chaplin (best EVER) are sort of in a completely different category because of their era.

  • @stitchgrl777 Yeah, true that. I see where you're coming from.

  • @maureenmo1 Glenn Ford??? lol yeah, ok

  • where is Paul Newman?

  • Comment removed

  • Please watch 11-20

  • No James Dean?

  • where are flynn power taylor?

  • there is an 11-20

  • no steve mcqueen? :o

  • where was paul newman and rock hudson????

  • Very good list and the song was awesome too...I love that scene from The Fountainhead, it looks like a coreographed dance. Gary Cooper, Cary Grant, and Gerard Butler are my faves of the list oh and Gregory Peck (is that he and Ingrid Bergman and what movie is it at 3:09)

  • Thanks. It is Alfred Hitchcock's "Spellbound" with Gregory Peck and Ingrid Bergman.

  • @firstofakind Tyrone Power was number one in most of my girlfriends' opinions. You missed a few others.

  • If it goes from 10 to 1, I agree with Gary Cooper being the most handsome of all men ever to be in movies! There will never be anyone like him.

  • Yes. If you read the description box, you'll see that Coops is #1.

  • Rudolph Valentino is No. 1 for me !!! :)

  • Thank's for sharing Cary Grant and Gary Cooper. You are definately missing Jimmy Stewart. He stayed great looking all of his life.

  • i respect your opinion, but how do leave out paul newman?? i'm a very heterosexual male and can still say that newman was the most divinely good looking guy ever shot on film.

  • johnbourbon.......absolutely......probably THE best looking man around at the time

  • some of my faves:

    william holden

    ralph fiennes

    kevin kline

    viggo mortensen

    robert redford

    luke wilson

    paul rudd

  • Wow. Had to watch it twice.

  • I'm very happy to see Robert Donat have a high rating. and so very handsome He's a top favorite of mine. He also had a wonderful voice, and just a great actor. He certainly deserved his Oscar for best actor in Goodbye Mr Chips

  • your missing james dean if you ask me.

    =)

  • James Dean is so hyped and his face wasn't so great. With him, it was all style over substance.

  • baloney.

  • gregory peck is almost too good-looking to be true.

    you're missing Clark Gable :)

  • Personally, I think Marlon Brando should've been #1 :)

  • Any video that has Cary Grant, Clive Oliver, Ronald Colman, Gregory Peck & Robert Donat is the video for me...thanks:D

  • I agree with everything except maybe gerard butler.

  • Great piece. Thanks! So glad you included Robert Donat. The sexiest and best looking out of them all!

  • Great photo and film clip choices. Thanks for the eye candy!

  • george clooney a definate no no. why no clark gable or johnny depp? both very beautiful men.

  • You got the list almost right. I would replace #5 with Paul Newman. #2 - dead on! SIGH

  • Gerard Butler & Clive Owen are added, but Paul Newman & James Dean are absent? That's weird, considering that they were way better looking than those 2. Women still go nuts for Jimmy & Paul

  • Great clip, but you missed Albert Finney. He was hottest looking actor of the sixties!

  • Oh My. Gregory Peck was the greatest, most gorgeous actor to ever roam this Earth.

  • Wonderful tribute and all excellent choices! My faves on this video are Marlon Brando, Gary Cooper, Gregory Peck, Clive Owen and George Clooney (not in order).

  • Agreed with all the classic actors. George Clooney is very handsome and charming, though. And Frederic March was yummy. Marlon Brando is a God. Robert Donat was cute and very funny. Gregory Peck - what can I say about Gregory Peck? He's about the most handsome thing to ever walk the earth. I collected 400 pictures of him on my computer! Gary Cooper isn't bad either, now is he? That last clip was HOT, what is it from?

Oh, and Ella Fitzgerald is class.

  • hehehe...i'm glad you liked it.

btw, the last clip was from "The Fountainhead"

  • @TheGossipGirlSource james dean is better than then peck though
