We love the NHS in the UK and are getting tired of the nonsense some people say about it in the US to further their political goals

Yes, its not perfect and yes, people like to moan about it. But it delivers quality care to all, for free and saves lives without plunging people into a lifetime of serfdom to creditors

We really don't care what you do, but the NHS is something we're very proud of.

There is no one who is more effective spokesman for an issue than a convert or in this case a transplant. This is not the first time someone from a socialized country has gotten up and tried to tell Courtney his socialism wont work. They know first hand! The gentleman's perfectly reasoned question was it didnt work in Britain and elsewhere so what makes you think it will work here?
