I think videos that are taken down should be given a chart. Amount of nudity 1-2-3-4-5 Amount of Swear Words 1-2-3-4-5 Amount of Copyrighted Content 1-2-3-4-5. Amount of Violence 1-2-3-4-5. They should say like if you get 5 points then your video could be removed. If a half naked guy swears at you then you get swear +5 then they know that video is not fit for YT. If you post porn then nudity is +5 so unfit for YT. If you post a barefoot person then nudity is at 1 because some person is offended.
I feel your pain. My account was suspended for no good reason whatsoever. The reason given was "spam, scams, and commercially deceptive content." But that is a bunch of BS. I didn't do anything like that. After I e-mailed Youtube for 3 months I finally got one of my accounts back, then they did the same thing to my other account. It took two days to get the other account back. I think Youtube just mass suspended a lot of accounts to get rid of a few problem accounts.

this is major issue for people, thats why people are looking at alternatives. there were even people making videos to say they would false flag others and they were harrassing other members, the community guidelines are vague and need to give more details so people know what is ok and what is not. they need to really improve the flagging system to prevent abuse or people will go elsewhere and many allready quit youtube

This has probably been said ten thousand fucking times already but I'll say it anyway because no one on YouTube knows how to use a shift key or utilize the English language.
If I make something, it's mine. I own the copyright. Someone else made LOST. If your video had clips from that shit it's copyright infringement and a violation of YouTube's Terms of Service. Fucking read it. If I had a fucking TV show and put your face on it you'd be pretty pissed off. I wish I could flag your video as gay.

Those BITCHES actually deleted my original account JeremysVideos so now I gotta be "JeremysVideos2". All I had was one mutherfucking South park clip that makes fun of dumb right-wing working class mutherfuckers (it was the "Dey tuk our jobs!" episode). When I tried to log in it just said "this account has been suspended" no warning, no notification no nothing. When I went to read their bullshit "rules" or whatever it said they would only suspend accounts for "serious" violations. 1 fucking clip.

In any case I think they deleted my account because of right-wing a-holes flagging the 1 video and reporting me though I'm not sure for what since while they constantly displayed blatent racism (towards Mexicans/Latinos which I'm not), xenophobia and generall bigotry in their comments I never even cussed their bitch asses out but merely would point out that they served as living proof of evolution theory - a kind of missing link. But yeah a-hole flaggers can get vids deleted/accounts suspended.

Yeah, I totally agree, the FCC are a bunch of idiots, it's like this...when I was in Germany, I saw Tv shows in the middle of the day show violence and nudity, and those were network shows! So if little Billy here in the states sees violence in the movies, it's ok, but heaven forbid he sees a pair of breasts, he'll go on a killing spree...I swear, the FCC needs to ease up, whats the worse that could happen?
