Brandon was shot accidentally when filming that movie one of guns were uncleaned and there flied somekind of sharpner and it hit Brandon, he died his injuries later at hospital...
A bullet got lodged in the barrel or chamber of the gun when the gun technitian(sp!) was emptying it or making sure it was working before the scene, this was dislodged when the blank was fired in the take and the bullet hit Lee.
