I'm not sure about his sensitivity, but I've seen a lot of pros do that. Normally it has to do with their sensitivity being high, so they can steadily aim with their BR very well, therefore it looks like they are jerking it. Looks sloppy, yet still very effective.

its called "sweeping" lost of people do it. Mostly cuz they may play on default so when they jump they move their fingers to the a button a lot. But i always sweep snipe and BR because its just a comfortable way to shoot for me

support players are not any worse than slayers. they put themselves into a position to give the slayer a kill where he might have otherwise died...assisting is key in this game. you know, team shooting. thats what the pros do. they try and position themselves to where they can get two BRs at least on one target all the time. one will get the kill and one will get the assist which will make one look like a slayer and the other a support. both equally valued.
