Earl "Hymie Weiss" Wojciechowski to jedyny gangster, którego panicznie bał się Al Capone...panicznie. Dlatego uciekł z Chicago i przebywał poza miastem do smierci Hymiego. Właśnie powstaje film na podstawie życiorysu Earla Wojciechowskiego i książka.
@rub3nski "Hymie" czyli Haim to amerykańskie określenie Żyda.
awesome video - thanks for the upload. It's really interesting walking through cemeteries - there's no cheating death because we only live once. So have a blast while you still can !
Humph, how many people were killed by capone, and do they have cushy graves with huge tombstones???
These folk were murderers and are treatd as tho they were celebratys.
My father was a hero, fought in WW2 and the occupation army in Japan, died as a result of viet nam, he is buried in Gary Indiana and in a modest grave.
Your father is an American hero, plain and simple. Wherever an American flag waves he is remembered and honored.
That said, these guys weren't as bad as their press. Generally they only killed each other. They brought the people what the people want, what they always want---booze, broads and gambling. Nothing wrong with that. Our own government seems to only be concerned with keeping us in line with our noses to the grindstone[while they play golf].
Notice at 0:12, on the right you can see several military cannons, marking the burials of WWI casualties. My great-grandparents are buried about thirty feet behind that section.
Thats pretty cool I ordered a new camcorder as my other one bit the dust... I'll be in Chicago this weekend coming up for a week... I'm planning on going to 11 cemeteries where 1920s era gangsters are buried... I plan on getting video footage and photos...
I've always loved Mt. Carmel where are you gonna find some of the cities most beloved and respected Catholic Cardinals buried in the same cemetery as some of the cities most notorious gangsters...
I've been to Mt. Carmel several times... Being from Detroit I try to visit there when I'm in town... I love this video the song is so fitting for it...
It boggles the mind why so many folks click on the spam-laden, idiot-infested featured vids when with a little searching they'll come across a gem like this. Outstanding video!
very good video i brag on chicago and its rich history to the simple folks of arkansas where i will spend the next 3 years working to come back to my home spot thes people dont appreciate what chicago is about
I am old enough to know what is gay stuff. So just one second of the picture frame is enough for me to tell that the video is gay material. I didn't have to see the whole video. Somebody has to stand up and say that what is wrong is wrong because the Bible says so. Just going to a lonely place and praying is not enough. What ever i can do in my capacity I am doing it, so that one day someone will be saved from this mess. And this is one place where I like to start.
capones grave is easy to find..enter mt. caramel in the roosevelt enterance(1st enterance from wolf)1st road make a right go down about 100 yards on the right.. cool vid..
I like a cemetery with headstones masoleaums.
