@ciskyelectro - Yes and I'm trying to give you a heads up. If/when you put on muscle mass you can't do this stuff anymore. So you always have to choose between the crazy flexibility and being athletic. By default that will limit you. Be forewarned.
@ciskyelectro - I know all the guys from Brooklyn that started this whole thing. 100% of them are super skinny, to the point of being emaciated. They all also tend to stand in one place and bang out combos which is another problem altogether.
@FuManChu so i have a question before i end up handicap or what ever, is working out a waste of time then because im exercising the shoulders but yet have flexible shoulders where i can do some of this stuff on this vid. im not as flexible as vybez tho o.O been watching his vids lmao!
@1MarquisATorres - it's certainly not a waste of time to work out but if you like this dance style you'll have to train to be super lean. That means a lotta reps at low weight. Even then if you're diet is right you may end up putting on too muscle.

you would be a very good fighter and no this isnt sarcasm..speed, agility and flexibility are more unique than power..i do mma and im one of the slimmest and tbh least powerfull but im flexible and they struggle to hurt me in grapple moves lol
