For a Buzzenge to appear, you have to have a Candary in the garden (which is made by feeding a buttercup to a Sparrowmint). For one to visit your garden, you have to have 5 Candaries in your garden. For it to become a resident, you have to have a fir tree, and the Buzzenge has to have eaten three Candaries.
Just a note though - this is for the old version. I'm not sure what you have to do in 'Trouble in Paradise'.

buzzenges are the best bird in vp but retarded eaglairs always eat them the only way i can really keep one is by having two eaglairs eaglairs are by far the most common pinata to enter the garden i buy a buzzenge then a few hours later i see shadows chasing each other then the next day its a freakin frenzy! candy everywhere! then i say oh fudge!
