We are doing this scene at our school (but we are older) and this performance is a great help. These girls are so talented, and this performance is truly magical, building to a thrilling finish! I got chills (and you have to earn those). June is a true triple threat - great singing, acting, and dancing skills; she has a fabulous high kick and you can't keep your eyes off her (very pretty on top of it). True star quality! What are you doing now, June? You should be on Broadway!
This performance has a real sense of show-biz magic to it. Musically, it's beautiful. The two girls are sterling talents. And it has a sense of drama that builds as the song goes on (for which the piano player also deserves a lot of credit.) :-)
