there is no reason calling ayers bust just yet... remember mcdaniels drafted a 4-3 de to play ol in 3-4... that just doesn't have to work out every time. now ayers has been moved back to his natural possition - let's wait and see what he brings to the table this season. Also he is not a pass rusher like dumervil, he is more of a run stopper as he showed many times in the past 2 season... i say wait the htree years just like mayock said... but if he doesn't improve, i say cut him after the season

@Killerdoctor27 can't really call him a bust since he hasn't gotten a fair shot, he will this year tho. 4-3 defense he was a 4-3 de in college so we will see.

switch to a 4-3 and let him do what he does best, get after the passer. for real. He obviously hasn't transitioned very well so give him so love and put his hand in the ground and let him go after the qb. And lets take PP7 this year.
