@itzruben110 - Argentine guy said the biggest culture shock was Japanese toilets. It's a porcelain pit on the floor and you can't sit on them - you squat.
@KellyDiana28 Do you mean about Belgium? The guy says that he was surprised ,when he saw that Japanese women use their umbrellas on a sunny day - he thought it was a mistake. Because in Belgium tan is considered to be beautiful. Then he points at himself, telling that he is too pale, and that's not good in his homeland. (In Japan it's, of course, the other way round)
@unCivilizedInfanta I sometimes feel frustrated when people make comments about different beauty standards or question our way of life. Is anyone way of life or perspective correct? So what if we enjoy snow pale skin complexion. I do not understand others confusion over our culture.
@kazakhstanmkj I get your point. But I wasn't criticising anything or anyone. Neither was the guy in the video. On confusion about other cultures -I think it's just natural for people who are not inter-culturally trained.
@unCivilizedInfanta Okay, thank you. I did not come to understand from that point of view. Usually many people like to make rude comments about my culture and ask why and compare it to their culture. NOT inter-culturally trained, makes more sense. Next time, I will try not to loose it when foreigners make these types of thoughts.
@kazakhstanmkj I noticed in music videos the girls will be under horrible lighting, but then I realized they do it on purpose to make them pale... to us it's just bad lighting, we want to see their beautiful natural skin. I don't have any opinion on how light their skin should be, but it would be nice to have music videos without crappy lighting.
sorry, i'm watching this from an ipod, so i can't see the translations. can you tell me where the last couple was from? i don't know that country's name in japanese :/
@smexyliciouslyhOt yes theres many of them esp, Koreans & chinese. BUT its harder to spot them, THATS NOT Racist either just a simple fact. in the US here it would be hard to tell wich people are German or swedish just by them walking By.
LOL! That's like Asian people living in the "hood" in the States using slangs such as "hos", "homeboy", "gringos", "you're playing with me", etc. etc. ^_^
They sound like sims lol

This is obviously an example of ignorant westerns. No wonder they have developed such a harsh image of us... Those people are making us all look bad.

@kazakhstanmkj fact is, that pale skin has been a ideal of beauty for hundreds of years in the west. that only changed the last few decades.
