If your just a regular American... do not bank with them. They steal and they'll lie and cheat and they make it sound so good. It's a science and they are good at it! Wife worked for them. We banked with them. I had a few bad experiences with them. Wife told me some of the practices to get as much of your money as possible. They are shameless! Transfer your accounts to a local credit union or a smaller bank that you can trust!
As fas as fees are concerned, you overdraw your account, then the bank charges you for using their assets instead of your own (b/c its not a credit card). If you keep your account in good shape they pay you interest rate to thank you for letting them operate w/ your cash and doing business with them. Policies and Fees are communicated to the customer. Its up to you to grow up and take responsibility of your financial assets. SORRY for the reality check.
National city is trying to be hip, friendly, and not uptight like the other banks. They hire young, outgoing, professionals, not some slow old grandma that can barely use a calculator and gives you an attitude when you ask her a question.
Worst place to ever work at. The men are assholes and spiteful fags and the women are a bunch of cheap and gossipy whores. They don't do any hard and honest work. They just gossip and kiss butt big time.
The worst place I have ever worked at. The coworkers and bosses are a bunch of assholes!! That place is nothing but a whorehouse in Cleveland. I never want to go back and work there as long as I live. I rather work at McDonalds.

I could name many things wrong with working there. There are:
1. Offensive behavior and vulgar language.
2. Talking work topics into sex objects.
3. Gossiping about other people's personal life and business.
4. Hanging nude pictures of celebrities.
5. Coworkers especially women have problems following dress code. They dress like they are going to a bar.
