This song gets me everytime. I am a secretive person, and have never been one to express how i feel. However, when i hear this song i crack.. The tears start falling and I talk to God. I don't have a terrible story but I grew up without a father and because I missed alot with my mother working so much. I played sports to keep me busy. Now im an 18 year old sophomore nursing student and i fing myself ready to give up so much but i know i owe it to my mom to succeed and God will lead me!!
This is your testimony to HIM. It is easy for us to give thanks to HIM when we get something, but when I was going through homelessness and the loss of a job, as well as family members, I realized that I was still praising HIM through my tribulations. And that is what HE wants us to do. Put HIM first through all that we go through. I am still struggling with so many things, but I know that HE has led me where I needed to be, so you stay strong and keep your faith. Many blessings.
