Brilliant make-up. They had forensics helping them with what a body looks like immersed in water for ages. The puckering of the skin, whiteness, veins showing, etc. She wore contacts with cateracts on as she's almost blind and the wig was real hair. A 3rd film is planned for 2009 and shows Samara's life preceeding the first film - same way the 3 Japanese films went. Can't wait :o)

I feel like the creators of The Ring 2 didnt had like the same action or joy like in the 1rst movie. in the first movie the efects were better and only talking about Samara, I mean in the 1rst movie you can see the Real Samara (girl) in the second when you see her there are pictures of Daveigh Chase or a computer. the only Samara that appears its the evil spirit. and still the 1rst movie Evil Samara was better

no you're wrong. she didnt make the scene of the 1rst movie when she cames out from the TV. that one made it Daveigh Chase. Kelly Stables did made the well scene, but she didnt the TV scene from the first movie, that was Daveigh Chase with the original mask and make up and everything.
