There's a sub-plot in the film explaining why she's behind the picture frame window and why it was broken in to just before the song "At The Opera Tonight" begun. Natihan was too broken up about her death and made a freezer like tomb (clue in "Everyone's A Composer") and Graverobber was secretly working for Rotti and he took Marni's body from Shilo's home to tell her about her and the story that she donated her eyes to Blind Mag.
