1985 and 1987 Lakers Bulls can't get away with Pippen on Magic because James Worthy was at his peak athletically and fundamentally. Yea ur right, and the defense is better today, with different techniques. the refs were lenient in the past, now they're not. Thats probably why u dont see one team dominate for more than 3 years . Even though 2days players may be a little better, they buy into the media way to much, and players like Bird, Magic, MJ just wanted to win, while players nowadays wanna impress the media. Thats why they dance b4 every game. Todays players have potential, but they need to stick to winning.

They were like exact opposites. Magic was fun and outgoing and enthusiastic and played in Hollywood. Bird was a tough and quiet and lead with action and played in blue collar Boston. Both of their franchises were dominant throughout the ages yet their were on the opposites sides of the country. And yes, Larry is white and Magic is black.

I just kept replaying that pass by magic at 2:02. Wow just incredible. And Larry Bird was just such an incredible shooter but in a way that it was almost like a science to him. Like I love that play where he tips in his own miss cause its like he knew even before hand exactly where it would miss to and he had the anticipation to go there. There are plenty of mini-jordans out there but nobody really resembles these guys.

1985 and 1987 Lakers Bulls can't get away with Pippen on Magic because James Worthy was at his peak athletically and fundamentally. Also Magic at 25 and 27 years old had way more energy back then so pressure won't bother him as much. 1991 Magic was slowing it down. Totally different style. Kareem forces the Bulls to double more which would open up the entire Laker offense and shooters in Scott, Cooper, Magic.
Especially the 1985 team cause the Captain was still dominating. MVP 95 Finals
