  • Look how skinny he is this is a old video. He is 185 pounds now.

  • You have to dip Nicholas did it, Hogan, wow countless others. You must weight transfer to the inside left foot at the top of the backswing. It's .6 seconds of a dip that allows faster swinging golfers open up their hips slightly sooner than the shoulders at impact. This lateral hip move created a penetrating strike that compresses the ball and gets swing speeds over 110 mph plus.

  • I'm this is from 1999 not a Foley swing.

  • Almost every golfer on the PGA Tour dips on the downswing, most people I know have the opposite problem of lifting up in the backswing and hitting the ball thin with no compression. I will say Tiger is dipping his head more than just a couple inches like he's doing here with his Foley swing which I don't like...

  • He is a good role model!, when i grow up i wanna be spoiled, rich and arrogant, shag heaps of cheap sluts.. Oh yea, be good at golf too..

  • @dhopper11 he was he has done alot for the game of golf and if you knew anything about golf or tiger you would agree.

  • This is actually 2000

  • Holy crap... I forgot how textbook T's swing used to be. What the crap??? T! What happened to you.. with your dipping/getting stuck/laid off/etc??? Just take a look at this vid man!!! You'll be back on track in no time.

  • @tigerswede3 Are you saying, that dipping is wrong thing? TW has been doing it all his life long! Look at 0:45 - his head dips! It's good, powerful move.

  • @MrJJedlicka dipping adds zero power. He strikes the ball well doing that only because it's always how he had done it and he can time it right. It is not a good habit to get into. consistency comes with as little moving parts as possible. look at ernie els and davis love.

  • Absolutely perfect. Room to swing at address, no manipulation in the backswing to get "on plane", and a quiet body action. Beautiful!

    Tiger's 2010 stats:

    Driving accuracy: 57.21%

    Greens in regulation: 64.07%

    Tiger's 1999 stats:

    Driving accuracy: 71.3%

    Greens in regulation: 71.4%

  • good role model hahahahahahahahahaha

  • i dont get why his 4 irons sound so average...

  • Hey this is when Tiger actually gave his hands and arms room to pass on the way down. Not quite sure why he would move away from swinging the club basically perfectly on plane, but such is life I suppose.

  • pretty sure this is 2000

  • doesnt realy fire the hipds to hard.

  • He used to hunch a lot more. He was a lot less scary back then.
